Dr. “Taheri” is a board certified pediatric dentist. She moved to the U.S. at age sixteen, and after completing her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at UCLA, she attended SUNY at Buffalo for Dental School.
She completed a one-year GPR at University of Louisville proceeding dental school and moved to Landstuhl, Germany and practiced as a civilian contractor for the U.S. Army for four years.
After practicing as a general dentist for seven years and her love treating for children, she completed a 2-year post-doctoral residency in pediatric dentistry at UT Health San Antonio.
Her passion is treating children with special healthcare needs, specifically those with craniofacial anomalies and cleft lip and palate.
As your child’s dentist, her goal is to deliver compassionate, individualized care and to inspire them to value the importance of dental health as it contributes to overall health.

Dr. Taheri an active member of American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (TAPD) and Southwestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry (SWPD).
She is married to her husband, an active duty U.S. Army prosthodontist, and they have two children. She is fluent in English and Farsi.
