Will it be possible for humans to one day grow more than 2 sets of teeth?

A recent study by Abigail Tucker, PhD, Dean for Research at King's College in London, did a study on stem cells and regeneration of teeth.  She states that, "formation of a third set of teeth in humans may be possible if the signaling in dental lamina is restored at exactly the right time."  Crocodiles form teeth throughout their lives, mice have one set of teeth, and humans have 2 sets of teeth in a lifetime. Using the example of crocodiles regrowing several sets of teeth throughout their lives, the scientists were able to grow a second set of teeth in mice giving hope that they may someday be able to help humans grow a third set of teeth.
